Plastic wireway with a clip on cover used inside of control panels to manage wires. Generally used between each physical row of devices installed inside control panels.

Ex.

Why did you zip tie that ugly bundle of wires together? You should have just installed some Panduit in there. -or- Don't forget to clip the Panduit covers back on before you're done in that panel.
